Fresh Air

"Yeah, I'll take some black coffee."

Getting out of the shower Victoria threw some of her clothing on before putting her hair up. With any luck it wouldn't be to long of a day, but something told her she wouldn't be that lucky. She'd more than likely have to sit there all day and listen to Aaron chatter on and on. The sooner they started the sooner it would be over.

"I'm ready when you are, or whenever the coffee is done. I just want to know sooner than later if Garret is there or not."

Victoria sits down at the small table that was in the room and pulls out some papers. She was going to study them one more time before they headed out just to make sure she remembered everything.

Nate sat in the chair across from Reese just looking at him deep in though for a long moment. Leaning back he let out a small breath of air. He really wasn't sure how he felt about this. It was something he'd done before but it had been a long long time since than.

"It's been a long time since I've done anything like that Reese...But I'm willing it give it a shot if that means giving Garret a chance. There is just something about him thats familiar but different and I'd like to see how this all turns out."

After accepting Reese's offer and leaving his office Nate makes his way back to his desk sitting down for a second. This was a big responsibility but Nate was ready, and he really was being honest with Reese about Garret. There was something hidden deep, something he didn't want anyone to know, and yet his eyes told so much. Nate was not a master at reasoning people, but he was pretty good with his intuition, and something told him Garret wasn't t here to cause harm.

Getting up again and holding the fresh set of keys in his hand Nate makes his way to the holding cells. Looking in the window he unlocked the door before opening it and stepping inside. Holding out the handcuffs to Garret he gives a small grin. He might feel Garret was not there for bad, he still wanted to be werry.

"Want to get some more fresh air?"
