Being pulled into the hug Nikki wraps her arms around Pete. Her comfort was much needed and welcomed. Even if Nikki new her mom was going to heaven, even if she new she was going home it was still hard and it still hurt. She would miss her mom when that time came and she new it.

"I know you are, thank you so much Pete. You know what...I sure am happy God put you in my life. "

Giving him a little extra squeeze before pulling away Nikki smiles and goes back to the dishes. Once they got done here they could go into the living room with her mom and start there movie. Though she would be asleep Nikki new she would still feel there presence she was always good like that.

Still pacing the room Trey thinks for a second. Four or Five it really didnt matter much to him, as long as Pete would be ok with him driving at that time. If not Trey did have a back up plan of asking Reese if he could barrow one of the cars. Either way he had a plan as long as it worked out the way he wanted.

"Ok, five it is, and yeah Chinese food it good.  So I guess I'll see you than, than."

Misty thinks for a moment and gives a thoughtful nod as she takes another bit of her sub. She never thought about doing a softer color, or trying to mix things together that could be for a boy and a girl. Most of the stuff she had always seen was one or the other.

"Mmmm...I bet yellow and mint green would look good together."

Setting down the sub and whips her mouth Misty gives another laugh at the mention to the bikes. She liked motorcycles but never been completely into them like some people.

"I think Motorcycles is more of something Uncle Jason would want..."

Misty gives Jason a light tap under the table with her foot a smile spreading across her face. She was happy to have something else to take her mind off everything else right now. A distraction was what she needed because when night time came she new she would think about reality all to much.

Katie rolls her own eyes at Jeff's brush off of what happened. Katie new that with him something small could be something big and it just made her worry more that he brushed it off. Letting out a sigh though she swings herself on top of lighting. Making sure everything was secure she starts out after Jeff.

Taking a little time to catch up with him after he had the head start Katie finally does. Going fast on a horse was always fun kind of like a motorcycle.  It was just something about going fast and being free. Pulling up along side Jeff Katie slows down a little bit looking at her dad and shaking her head.

"You know...if Angel new you just did that she would have a fit."

She new Jeff hated that he had to take things easy sometimes, she wondered if her own stubbornness for that came from him too. She'd never rat him out to Angel though unless it was clear he was hurting himself. She'd only chide him here and there to let him know she cared about him and what he did.

"So...where would you like to have our picnic?"
